Returns & warranty
- Changed your mind? Email support@dualsensebridge.com within 30 days of delivery for a return address. Return postage is on you; the item price is refunded once it arrives back.
- Every dongle carries a 1-year warranty against hardware failure in normal use — repaired or replaced, my postage.
- Not covered: physical damage, liquid damage, or a dongle that's been lost.
